However, I no longer take "Rip-Off Report" seriously when it comes to reviews on spell casters because it has turned into a tool for jealous competitors to trash their rivals and insane clients (who're all the time panicking or screwing things up) to voice their frustrations. There are some honest reports with clients who have not yet seen results they wish for, but then spell casting is an art not a science and it might not all the time produce the desired outcome. They do run a forum on which clients and guests may interact to discuss their purchases, situations, magick or whatever in normal provided there is respect for all parties on the forum. Again I like the fact that the seeder emphasises that magickal workings: a) take time; b) may want re-working (or a boost) for complex, long-drawn situations; and c) want your aware distinct efforts towards your goal on this corporeal plane. Also, it's only the entity vessels that I find costly (although there is a range of prices depending on the item): the spell work seems quite affordable with only a few exceptions. One of the very few authentic practitioners out there and man you should consider in singular because he blends High Magick with Folk (so-called "Low") Magick and that can be an incredibly sufficient magickal system.
4. Deacon Millet (fouraltars.com): Deacon is a rootworker with a hint of Catholicism (as is base in this form of the craft and Four Altars is a Gospel Sanctuary) and is a expert in love reconciliation cases. Reuniting lovers is a bit of a personal "cause" of Deacon's because his current partnership went through some tough times and an preliminary breakup and this makes reconciling lovers a job that is surely close to his heart. Enlightened mentors or servant-leader mentors are a superior example of man who uses transformation leadership techniques and skills in the life.
The leader I interviewed commented on the point of being the enlightened and caring mentor can guide from their own personal experiences with adversity. They are some who has been there and has successfully overcome the difficult qoute or major adversity. In some cases, mentors may teach mentees which way to go based on their perceive of taking a wrong path and having learned a best way. The mentor may have experienced and overcome some other, even more horrendous, mystery in his or her life's journey that could inspire the mentee to higher heights.
The sixteen prominent leaders that I personally interviewed identified nine prominent qualities of a leader. Many of these leadership traits, together with though regularly connected with transformational leadership, are found in the lst from my leadership research:
1. Honesty or integrity
2. A high level of habitancy skills
3. Initiative, assertiveness, drive, or determination
4. Exquisite transportation skills or willingness to speak up, take a position, or take charge
5. Foresight (being forward-looking)
6. Desire or passion to lead and inspire
7. Sure attitude and self-confidence; charisma
8. Knowledge of the firm and/or group task at hand; competence
9. The ability to overcome adversity or obstacles
The sixteen prominent leaders that I interviewed for my Doctoral dissertation study into leadership and adversity specifically identified an further four prominent qualities that are not ordinarily found in the schoraly leadership literature.
10. Being a Servant-Leader, serving people, and especially being humble
11. Having both religious faith and strong family ties
12. Framing or recognizing the worst adversity as an opportunity
13. Having a mentor or mentors in their improvement as leaders (Haller, 2008, pp. 116-117)
Several of my leadership study participants acknowledged the refining nature of adversity, but it was not assuredly a "transformational leadership traits," but rather a annotation on their perceive with overcoming adversity, obstacles, abuse, discrimination, death of a parent, or in one case the Nazi Holocaust.

Some authors commented on trait law by adding their belief of "excellence" as the objective of leadership success. Much of the leadership law study focused on the prominent effects of being a transformational leader.
A great number of the studies done on traits by researchers in the first half of the twentieth century used young children or high school/college students as their subjects, together with Bass & Stogdill.
